Cluck-Tastic Chicken Seasoning

This blend contains sugar, spice, and all things nice. It's delicious as a chicken rub, though we also use it with potatoes, fish, and more. The result is a roast chicken or grilled chicken breast or thigh that tastes like it came from a hole-in-the-wall chicken joint in Louisiana. There's a tiny bit of heat that balances out the brown sugar, garlic, onion, and much more.
