Focus on the good.

Ask God to give you eyes to see like He does. Look at your circumstances through the lens of the truth that He is working all things together for the good of those who love Him. When you are tempted to think negatively, consider all the beauty and blessings your life is full of because of Jesus. When things don’t go your way, trust that His way is better. When your heart is overwhelmed, talk to God, read His word, go outside and surround yourself with His creation, make a list of things you are thankful for or that He has carried you through. His goodness is in it all. Even when we don’t understand, He will give us eyes to see.

"Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things." Philippians 4:8
